Goldratt India (formerly Time n Cash) is a management consulting firm that collaborates with clients to achieve sustainable improvements in profits. We achieve results in weeks, rather than months, through the application of Dr. Elihayu M. Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints. 


Goldratt India helps its clients to grow both top line and bottom line significantly through TOC. Apart from significant growth in top line (minimum 25%) and bottom line, client organizations have also achieved some or all of the following:

Ravi Gilani is the Founder and Managing Consultant of Goldratt India. Ravi introduced TOC in India in 1998. He is a Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO) certified expert and served on the board of TOCICO from 2005 to 2008.
